Inspired by real life experiences, The Grand FranAllie tells the story of thirty-year-old Frannie and Allison, childhood best friends who are beginning to realize that they might not have so much in common. Over drinks one evening, we witness the clash of Frannie’s newfound independence with Allison’s unrelenting grip.
Is The Grand FranAllie worth saving?
A Message from the Creators
The Grand FranAllie is a film written and made by women, about women. Throughout our entire process, we strove to provide a platform to mentor, learn, create, and laugh — and to honour our team’s voices. We hope the spirit of the incredible women behind this film touches you as much as it touched us.
Yours,
Zosia Cassie and Angie Ip
